Taco Bell

"So, as far as food from restaurants, I'll probably never give a 5. When it comes to service, the lady that took my order was outstanding, I didn't hear or have my order repeated back incorrectly. She got everything right the first time and with the staff my food was correct, hot and fresh. The atmosphere, this coming from someone who has worked in multiple retail/fast food businesses, I think it was dull, I like to see people laughing and enjoying their job. These employees looked zombie like, they were programed to do one thing and that's it, I expected to see some bond between them."

"It was midnight on drive-through after a long wait I order 4 spicy potato taco and other things. When I reached pickup window, I was on wait to get the order. I got my order and saw 4 boxes but to confirm I pulled over and found 4 fiery potato. I went and told that the order was mistaken for spicy potato taco. The people working there were rude and they are throwing the order as if they are doing favor for me... Upon calling up the person for refunding the difference in the bill , she was like you want refund and pulled the order and threw on side and walked way.. I felt so pissed but I called them and tried to explain, the difference for both is $1 so it should roughly ~$4. The person refunded $2.75 and walked away again as if doing a favor. I called again and again no one responded saying they had order to take care.. so they wanted me to hang in there in midnight for their mistaken... VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Comment from them is we have to math on how much we should refund and we don't have anyone to do that... there 4 member and if they can't handle situations I would rather recommend to shutdown. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT."

"So after realizing my Baja Blast zero was just soda water I was informed almost 20 minutes later they had run out of Baja Blast completely. But the big shocker was the Mexican Pizza. Something was fundamentally wrong with the one I received, the tostada's tasted burnt and it was swimming in what I assume was hot sauce and water. Overall it tasted like burnt cardboard with some cheese on top. Not shown is the chicken quesadilla I ordered as a backup - it wasn't cut properly and fell apart the moment I picked it up, spilling cheese and sauce all over the place. This location used to be much better."

"I occasionally eat at Taco Bell, usually when I do it good. Went to this location today Sunday at 7pm and the doors were locked. The staff pointed me to the drive thru line. I'm not sure what the dinning rooom hours are. So I got in the drive thru line. About 10 minutes later they stopped taking orders at the drive thru."

"Stopped in for a late night and quick bite to eat. My first and last time at this location. I gave it two stars instead of one because the young lady working the drive-thru window was professional from beginning to end. As for the background noise of her co-workers, completely unprofessional. All I heard was profanity and lack of consideration of others in/outside the establishment. Perhaps surprise visits from management may change the behavior?? As for the food, completely unexceptional (see pics). The taco was paper-thin lacking everything but the taco shell, the quasidillas look like they were thrown in the bag and the Pepsi tasted like seltzer water. It was so watered down you could see through it. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before visiting. It's unfortunate as many have noted that regardless of the bad reviews improvements have not been made."
