"Haven't been in almost a year. Had a classic, the cold cut combo. Less protein than I remember and I had to ask to add more of the toppings I wanted as the guy literally put just 5~6 pieces of spinach leaves on a foot long... Other toppings like black olives and pickles needed a 2nd request. Sandwich was good and will try the location again... Maybe just a unfortunate day at the shop...?"
"This location is not operating well.. NO GREET , RESPECT TO CUSTOMER OR THEIR ORDER. 1--Every month there is new trainee, looks like no one wants to stay here longer. No one knows how to make a good sandwich. 2-- If customer requests to put more stuff, it ignites their ego and messed up the order. They put very little stuff in sandwich, like they are paying from their own pocket. I am vegetarian and wanted more veggies in the sandwich but their face were telling they didn't like it. 3-- If someone requests additional stuff, they become so impatient, and say " what else ?" With the tone of rudeness. I am not first time buyer, Had so many bad experiences. Now I am writing review if someone take an action or helpful to someone. MANAGER -- Train your employees to treat customers well, how to make great sandwiches and give your 110% at every order... Will visit in couple months to see if this improves..until then I will avoid this location.."
"This is a solid subway location. My son and I stopped by here after getting a haircut nearby and were happy we did. The location was clean, we were greeted with a friendly, "welcome to subway!" And the service and food quality were excellent. The servers were friendly and they made our sandwiches with precision and care and my son and I both enjoyed our sandwiches in a friendly environment. Parking was easy and the plaza itself is well kept and location was good. 5 solid stars and a thank you to staff for being here!"
"Placed an order online and the quality is bad. The lady at the front counter was rude 8/30. I don’t know I why put an automatic tip on the order when service and food was poor. Missing parts of my salami and look how thick cut the ham was."
