"I went to subway because I got a gift card and was excited to use it. The store was clean, and everything looked fresh, so I was very excited thinking I found my new favorite subway. The experience with the staff ruined it completely. Not only could I not use my gift card and get ignored by the staff after verifying the balance on it. He was completely rude! I definitely won't be coming back. Forget this subway gift card! Horrible experience. Won't be returning to this location. It doesn't matter how clean the store is if the staff is rude and uncaring."
"Ordered one line through app. Paid through Apple way. Man claimed never received. Showed proof I paid and he told me I should have done it the “correct way” and it would have gone through. So much for customer service."
"Nothing special . Restroom out of service all the times but nothing wrong just dont want people using. Me like a work person i like wash my hand or use a restroom before eat . Easy way to lose money . I dont stop there any more"
"I go to this location so often, I don't even have to speak to the lady. She knows my order from start to finish. I've noticed she does this for several customers. They're always sweet and welcoming. Always remembering something about me. If I don't go for a while, they ask if I'm ok. I can tell you that random customers are mean and ridiculous. The workers look Indian and have an accent. I understand them clearly but customers are mean and rude about their accent. I have hearing issues and have always been able to understand all of them, even the older man and woman. It is completely uncalled for. If you rude people don't like the people preparing your food, leave before they start. They are here trying to make their way and live just like you and me."
"This is my first time trying this location’s subway and I would say that everything went smoothly as expected. I didn’t have to ask for more ranch or any condiments as they already put enough. I like how clean the place is as it is so primordial for any restaurant. It is fairly busy as well, which is a good sign of them treating customers the right way. I am a satisfied customer."
