"I had the Las Palmeras - perfect blend of tart and sweet, the Playa Blanca - perfectly seasoned flounder with rice and beans, and a blackberry smoothie. Great location - easy to get in and out, lots of parking. Decorated super cute in beachy, nautical style. Owner was very attentive and personally guided me in choosing from the menu as I wasn’t very familiar with Columbian cuisine. It was an overall delightful experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning there myself. 5 stars +"

"If you're looking for an AMAZING lunch spot, you need to go to Ceviche Co. Express! Elsy, the owner, is the most hospitable and gracious host and it feels like you're home when you walk inside. The place is decorated nautical style. The Colombian tamal, ceviche, playa blanca, king of the seas, pandebonos, lentil soup, and blackberry smoothies are delish. Visit 2200 Duluth highway next door to cell phone repair"
"The food was amazing. Very good customer service too. The lady, Ms. Lizzy was super cool. The only thing i didn't like was that they serve the food in paper plates. That wasn't much appealing. But the food made up for that. Definitely a good place to eat. 6 star for the ambiance and cleanliness."
"if I could give this place 10 stars I would! as soon as I walked in, the employees made me feel welcomed. the restaurant is clean and the beach decor is so cute! I got the #5 ceviche called the “tres portas” which had shrimp, octopus, and white fish. I also got their grilled whiting fish with rice & black beans. it was delicious! I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!"
