"The girl who takes the order, with blonde hair is just so rude! This place needs friendly servers. Please hire new employees. If you don’t want to work then quit but don’t be rude to your customers. She has some attitude for no reason."

"Terrible service and expensive drinks. I waited extra long for one drink wasn’t even made correctly when I received it. Unfortunately, I had just gotten off work and I was too tired to go in and have them make it again. Please train your employees better. I had high expectations of this location. I ordered a caramel cappuccino blast I don’t even know what I received."

"Very rude front staff. The gentleman at the front was very rude. He doesn’t deserve a job in the customer facing industry at all. If he is a manager, the store would be in trouble. He was very racist and was behaving rudely with me v/s some other customers. He was rushing me saying people are coming and we don’t want to hold the line where as nobody was behind me waiting in the line. If the corporate reading this, I demand a strong action for this incident."

"New store or recently remodeled. I believe a store has been here for a few years. Clean. The staff doesn't work as a team. Very disorganized. Four employees and no one said hello, etc. Only one guy could take my order and he was in the back doing something. Manager? asked him to come up front and take my order. Lots of young people who need some training and a leader. They made my drink quickly and correctly; and forgot my donut. Kids standing around should straighten lobby while looking for something to do. The lobby is hot because of the sunshine. They need to install some sun shades. I'm sure that with a little time the manager will whip the team into shape. Not a bad experience overall but it is obvious that this ship could list and sink fast."

"I tried the cold brew iced with sweet cream foam, but the foam comes out of an aerosol can that disappeared within 2min. I get the same thing at Starbucks and the foam lasts for hours. It was disappointing since the beauty of this drink is usually the mix of the sweet foam and dark cold brew in each sip."
