"Had an amazing visit to Smoothie King, all thanks to Justin's outstanding customer service. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the menu impressed me. He customized the perfect smoothie while engaging in a friendly conversation. Justin's attention to detail ensured a prompt and accurate order. A true asset to the team, I'll be returning for both the delicious smoothies and Justin's top-notch service!"

"I generally do NOT leave poor reviews because I believe in praise and encouraging good behavior, however, I stopped by to have a brief smoothie on the go and was immediately turned away by poor service and mocking by the young cashier that greeted me upon entry. The location did not have the ingredients to make the smoothie that I generally order and the kids did not seem to know who their manager was. At least that is what I was told. This happened to be the worst experience I have ever had at a smoothing king and I will never return to this location."

"I stopped by this location on my way to the gym. It wasn't very busy and my smoothie was made pretty quickly. The only issue is that I had to park at the liquor store next door. Overall this smoothie was awesome before my workout. Peanut Power Plus: Bananas, Dates, Peanut Butter, Non-Fat Milk, Protein Blend 590 - 1370 Calories Allergens: Peanut Butter (peanuts), Protein Blend (milk, egg), Nonfat Milk (milk) I got the 20oz Definitely ordering it again."

"While I don’t mind the watered down smoothies, I did not like the customer service today. I understand they typically hire teenagers (we’ve gone quite a bit), but today was especially rude. When my daughter and I walked in, both ladies did not say a word, nor did they immediately serve us:( one reluctantly came to the register while still texting and when she finally put down her phone, still said nothing. I had to say something to her. After repeating twice that I wanted a small, she asked what size I wanted and still gave me a medium!! Again, totally understand hiring teens (that part is awesome), but still hold them to high standards. Put the phone down when customers enter and acknowledge customers when they come in. It was seriously rude how we were treated upon arrival-even my 8 year old said something in the car."

"I wish I could give less than one star. Literally just paid $9 for a cup of air. If I wasn’t on GA 400 I would go back and return this. Please don’t let new employees make drinks if they are not ready! I will never return here and my staff and I order from here once a week. The saying is true one bad experience is all it takes to ruin a reputation and yours is surly ruined for me Smoothie “King”!!"
