"Today I got a Florentine which is caramelized thin pieces of almond dipped in chocolate which was $2.35. Fruit Tart which was $4.95 which is a tart lined with chocolate filled with cream that kind of resembles banana pudding but and an assortment of fruit. Last but not least A Cheese with Jalapeno Pretzel $3.49 which about the size of where my thumb- down. It tastes just like a cheese and jalapenos pizza without the sauce made on top a German pretzel. Everyone is super friendly the lines aren't very and if you listen you'll get some really good recommendations. Like the Florentine which was recommended to me."

"This was our first time stopping in after years of passing by. What a great little place! Authentic German foods. So many delicious things to choose from. Different sauce/gravy mixes, noodles, treats… freezers full of soups, gravies, meats, cheeses… fresh baked breads, pretzels, pastries, etc… I could have bought out the whole place but came out with some yummy things. We got a Ham and Cheese pretzel for the road and it was delicious. We can’t wait to come back!"

"I live nearby and have been coming here every few weeks for the past year and a half. Firstly, the service is friendly and helpful. It can get quite busy at times, but they do their best to keep the line moving, and even on crowded days I find it doesn't take too long. Secondly, the baked goods are amazing. The sourdough is the best I've been able to find in the US and the pastries are also quite good. They have a good variety of options as well. Third, they are very quick with scheduled orders. I would recommend calling ahead if you want more of the popular items are several of them. Lastly, the price. I am honestly surprised how cheap it is given what other bakeries in the US charge. It's not as cheap as you could find in Europe but I doubt you could find such good prices in the states."

"The French Melt was the best thing I tried, it was so good, the croissant was fresh and flaky and the meat and cheese were quality and abundant. They have a great selection. There are artisan breads, hot coffee, hot tea, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. They also have a small selection of German packaged goods such as candies, teas, coffees, crackers, and refrigerated meats and cheeses. They may want to attend to their pastries a little more as a lot of the the items I bought were dry, perhaps day old. The store is very clean and well maintained. Try to bring card or small bills as a large bill that a customer in front of my used seemed to slow them down a bit since they didn't have enough in the register to break it and had to wait for the owner to bring more cash to them. Overall it was good and I would come again, I'd just be more selective when it comes to the pastries and make sure they're fresh."
