"I went here and asked if they still made the brownie sundae. The guy was rude and just said no. I asked him for chocolate chip cookie dough with Oreos. The guy said no, again that they don’t have any. I finished my order and pulled to the window and a young white guy with brownish hair just look at me. So I waited for him to at least greet me or l give me the total. The guy snatched my card. I’m not sure what I did to deserve this treatment. He really lacks customer service and shouldn’t be serving people. I honestly wanted to just cancel everything and drive 20 more minutes to Brusters. Chk 4946"
"I used to look forward to going here every couple of days. However, the new "young" crew can't even make a portion size scoop for $3 bucks each that horrible!"
"Good morning Dunkin'! If you don't enjoy this chain, I have no hope for you. Seriously, this location has been very nicely remodeled and was immaculate upon my visit today. Unlike most locations, they were very well staffed. Everyone seemed to be on the ball. I'm not a fan of VD, but they had up all the appropriate decor for the impending holiday. It actually looked nice. Heart shaped donuts and all the love in the air really made my visit pleasant. I hope other locations take note, especially with staffing. Maybe I just had good timing. The food was delicious and I shall return next time I need a Boston Cream donut."
