"The office staff here makes you not want to deal with the doctor at all. They’re seriously rude and condescending. Anytime I call to make an appointment I want to find a new doctor. Then when we meet with the doctor herself we decide to stay because the doctor can be very thorough. But she should really find new staff. Like today, the staff didn’t like that I didn’t take my son to the ER (for a non life threatening, no broken bones, etc. problem) so she booked us out until next week after mentioning appointments available tomorrow. Spiteful it seems like to me."

She pays attention to each of my kids individual needs and spends a significant amount of time getting to know them on a personal level.
