"Good visit. Negative first: it's expensive (like all Honeybaked Hams). Otherwise, it was great. The store was clean and welcoming. Loads of available foods, all of them delicious. Prices and expirations were clearly marked. The workers were very friendly. Ms. Phyllis was especially kind. If you have the money, this place has exactly what you need to have a good meal (either to take home or to enjoy right there). Easy to get into and out of, traffic-wise, too."

"Disappointed in the appearance of my ham this year. It was sliced way to thick and the skin looked burnt. The front of the ham was ragged looking as though it had been sliced with a dull knife. Would not have selected this one if I had been able to view it rather than them just giving you any ham they want you to have. Don't like buying ham without seeing what I am getting."

"Remember when Honeybaked opened the wrappers on the hams, and offered to show a second ham to give the customer choice? Today, I went to pick up a ham I ordered. I wanted to see the $103 ham they presented to me but the attendant told me they were not allowed to open the wrapper. Purchase sight unseen? What?? Was every customer just taking what they were given? I asked for the manager. The manager gave the attendant permission to open the wrapper, but for hygiene purposes, the customer could not touch it. That always works for me. I accepted the ham, but what if I wanted to see another ham at this price point, for choice? Our society is not communist so Honeybaked should not manipulate me to take what I am given. This is purely a financial issue. They can process customers more quickly, which results in shorter lines, but I would rather shop at a business that accommodates my needs and warrants my trust. Honeybaked needs to present a 2nd ham to the customer to give us the latitude of choice! If we have to ask, Honeybaked makes the purchase less palatable. Are you hearing me? I am considering going to the competition at this price point."

"We enjoy coming to Honey Baked for a sandwich and/or a salad, both are fantastic! Then we buy packs of sliced ham or turkey to take home to snack on!!"

"Ms. Phyllis and her team really made my last minute catering order a seamless process. I was having computer trouble so my online order was delayed and I called and explained what was happening and she took my order over the phone. I was rung up when I got there and I was greeted with a smile and a hardworking team putting my huge order together. Thanks a bunch you guys!!!"
