"Did an online order. Food tasted great and staff was very friendly!"
"Service is good but it's super slow, like really really slow. Doesn't matter when you put in your online order. 20 min, 45 min, or 70 min out, just putting out my last 3 wait times. It won't be ready or started until you get there. They're doing their best but should not have online pickup as an option if you still have to wait in line and then be told, they'll get started right on it. When it should be ready for pick up. Great food but you could eat at a sit down restaurant for those wait Times."
"This has to be the worst firehouse sub that I have ever been to. My sandwich was greasy but I ate it anyway. When got to the 2nd half of my sandwich, I saw what I thought was cheese but it appears to be wax paper? Look at the pictures."
"Food was prepared fresh and the meal was hot, that is the positive. On the negative, there were six employees working when we got there and no customers, but there were two tables that needed busing, the napkin dispenser was empty, and the mens restroom needed servicing. I would think with that level staffing and no customers everything in the dining room would be taken care of."
"I’m a local and have been ordering from this store since they opened. I always receive delicious, properly prepared subs. You guys do a great job and deserve credit. Thank you for making dinner easy on those nights when I don’t feel like cooking. Photo of an empty plate because it’s GONE!!"
