"Not sure why it's got 4 stars. Chicken strips taste like breading, o ya maybe the thick batter breading is why. Chicken/breading comes with no dipping sauce. Sides are just ok they are not that great. I won't go back"

"we stopped in on our way home. food in the pictures looked good. we like good ol home cooked food. we had a taste of the jerk chicken, ribs, fried chicken with some Mac N Cheese, green beans, collards, etc. the greens, potato salad & collards we're good. jerk chicken was ok. didn't care for the texture of the skin. fried chicken was good. the ribs were somewhat chewing and a tad later on the way home they didn't sit well. met the cook.. she was excited about cooking & I think as she continues she'll be great. her chocolate cake was fantastic!"

"The one sweet lady in there was a crew of one. She is very good at making it happen. Your order is cooked when ordered so you know your fried chicken is going to take a few minutes yet it is not disappointing. She cooked my chicken and fries to perfection. The taste is better than Kluckers, in my opinion. She has a beautiful smile and sweet personality. Thank you!"

"You will love the ribs. The shrimp is to die for, and the service is so down home that you will think your family. Highly recommend!! We drive 40 mins one-way for this food at least 3 times a month! It's completely worth it."
