Reviews
"0 stars if possible. Awful, awful experience. The woman helping was extremely rude and short every time she opened her mouth. Spoke like a caveman using 1-2 words: "chair, which arm, fist." Extremely unprofessional with absolutely no empathy, it's embarrassing. Nobody WANTS to get blood drawn, why make the experience that much worse? Don't come here if you have any anxiety with needles and blood work, the lady doing your shots will likely traumatrize you for good."
"It would have been great to know ahead of time that the cut-off time for drug screens was 3:30p! I called ahead and looked online to double-check hours and to see if an appointment was required, but nothing was mentioned about the specific screening time frame. My visit was quick (~15 minutes) and the two ladies on staff were nice enough, but they were definitely not clear in communication. They informed me and two other people who were there around 3:20p that they stop performing drug screens at 3:30p. We asked them in a variety of ways whether we met the cut-off time since we checked in before 3:30p or whether we should come back another day. The responses we repeatedly received were along the lines of, “It has to do with the machine and whether we can enter it…” In hindsight, maybe that meant sometimes the computer lets them enter it as collected and sometimes it doesn’t? But there was never a clear answer to either question or even a “we can try and if it doesn’t work, come back earlier next time.” In the end, me and the other two customers just said, “well, we’ve already signed in so…” and the just ladies walked away and later called us back to collect our specimens. Overall, the communication could have been better, from before our visits through the end of them."
"I walked into the clinic and there was no one at the desk and no one in the waiting area. I didn’t see or hear anyone in the office. I double checked the hours and confirmed that the clinic was supposed to be open. I filled out the forms on the kiosk, but wasn’t sure if I was as completely checked in. I knocked on the window at the front desk, but still couldn’t hear or see a soul. So I called the Labcorp on my cell phone to verify that they were open. The woman on the phone was very rude and had a tone that she was annoyed that I had called, but didn’t offer any explanation as to why the office seemed deserted. I told her that I would just go somewhere else and left."
"First I was greeted by a black lady technician who bossed me around and treated me like a criminal. I thought maybe she hated my white skin color or something because she treated me like a dog pointing at me with her finger commanding to sit here or move there. Next she handed me off to a white lady tech named DeeDee who treated me even worse. I called her out on it and all she said was she is busy. No excuse to treat people like garbage, so if the first lady wasn't racist i guess that is just how they roll over there. Instead of blessing each person with a smile and kind gesture they make you feel like you getting booked for a criminal offense. I hope you all don't go to church on Sundays. If you do, please tell me so i can stay away from that church who produces disciples that produce bad fruit. God Bless you hear!"
"Doctor sent me here for bloodwork. Received email notification automatically with appointment time. Showed up. Scanned my ID at the kiosk and was called back within 2 minutes. Attempted to make conversation with phlebotomist who was going to draw blood to no avail. She was short and rude. Seemed upset that I didn't have a printout of the orders for bloodwork, however I was never asked to provide this. I assumed the doctors office handled all of that and I just needed to provide the blood. After several awkward minutes, that was exactly the case. All of my information was in their comouter system. JAB. DRAW. YOU CAN GO. If you are someone that is nervous about needles or blood, you are in for a very bad day. Sorry. I hear Valium helps."
