"Chelsea is absolutely HORRIBLE! She has zero class and professionalism and shouldn’t be allowed to run drive thru at a McDonalds… she was extremely nasty on the phone with me after I returned her phone call to schedule imaging for my child, she was very condescending and sarcastic and lacks common sense as a medical office representation. She needs to be retrained on how to deal with people and understand what the true definition of having office etiquette, class and standards means. I spoke with the Clinical Director, Kim and informed her of the subpar customer service I just received from her, Kim was very nice and apologized on her employee behalf, but it’s totally unfair to employ individuals to perform a simple job task and managers or upper management are left to put out fires of the ones who don’t care how they speak nor treat people nor take their job seriously. Chelsea the patients pay a portion of your salary and being a human being that knows how to interact with all forms of life SHOULD be common sense and it’s FREE to be a decent human being. Griffin Imaging remove this type of work behavior from your offices everyone will NOT put up with being spoken to the way she did. Kim I wish you the best of luck for this practice ."
"I been here about 5 times over the years. This is best place for MRI and CAT scans. Fast, convenience scheduling. In and out fast. Nice helpful people. Paperwork always in order."
"I was lied to about whether they took my insurance, then we went round and round about it, then I agreed to pay them in installments for a bill I should never have gotten, then they threatened me with a collection agency after I made such a payment. Unethical. Crooked. Never use them."
"I swear Griffin Imaging is the most efficient medical facility I have ever been to. My CT scan appt was at 1000. I am already done and in my truck at 1030. Been here three times now, this has always been the case. Highly recommend anyone that needs imaging of any kind to come here!"
"Plan on a long wait. Advised to be here 15 min early for my 9am appt. 9;35... still waiting. Unless there is an emergency situation, I find excess waiting unacceptable. Schedule appropriately. Most people work and every hour away from work, costs money."
