"It was Christmas Eve Eve and had to travel to neighboring town to get an appointment, but that was to be expected & a blessing. Had to wait upon arrival as they were backed up but that too was to be expected. Everyone from the reception to the PA were wonderful. I was able to get a steroid shot and Rx and my shoulder is feeling much better this morning."
