"1st McDonalds I have ever been to where, if you are paying with a card, they make you use the self order kiosk, even though there are 2 registers they can take your order from. These people dont even want to come and take ones order. I dont work here, i dont get paid to do someones job here...... so come take peoples orders. Then these are the people that want to get paid alot more.... why? The customers are doing some of the work for you and we dont expect to get paid for it. This place needs drastic improvement."
"The girl taking the order was very unfriendly and the girl taking the money and giving the order at the second window was even more unfriendly we said thank you after she handed the order out and she just turned her back and walked away no smile no nod of the head in acknowledgement just couldn't be bothered .The french fries were cold and the bun for the fish fillet sandwich was burnt on one side. If your traveling through I would definitely not recommend stopping at this McDonald's the workers there are not happy people and it shows in there attitudes and the food they make for others to eat ."
"This McDonald's just wasn't for me. My husband, our son's ages one and two, and my pregnant self came in here to grab a quick bite. After I had an ob-gyn appointment in Albany. The food was wonderful. It was hot fresh, and the fries were crisp. The vibe in this McDonald's was very very hostile. Not from the workers but the other customers. This made isn't in the greatest part of town. There were tons of flies buzzing around the windows where my family and I sat."
"Was given fries that were covered in black spots and was told they needed to change the grease. That it was let to get this bad is very concerning. Then every kind of pop was off in flavor, too. Like, when was it last cleaned the machine? If it seemed like even one employee cared I wouldn't worry but they seemed content to hand out inedible looking food and annoyed that we bothered to complain like we were being picky."
