"I waited 15 minutes for a milkshake that never came. Two people (that ordered after me) were told that the machine was messed up, but I was never told. Luckily, I overheard those conversations. However, the manager thought I was mad because I didn't get my milkshake. I expressed that I was angry because they didn't communicate with me and many people that ordered after me got theirs. I got my refund, but I will not be back to this location."
"Really unacceptable if I’m paying for the large portion I should be getting the large fries full,plus I y paid for 3 and they where all large , they weren’t even halfway and same with the mac & cheese y’all really need to do better bc it’s really not cheap. Very unsatisfied."
