"Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too, having to use a screen to order but the screens are not laid out user friendly, and too few to make ordering quick. When orders are ready they make little effort to be heard in a crowded noisy environment."
"Customer service is non existent. You have to order yourself on a screen and then they place your order on a shelf for you to find and grab yourself. Food is not fresh and takes a while to receive."

"I did rate it one star because one time my fries were filled less than halfway. Since then I've been multiple times and had a good experience. The staff doesn't really give off the "my pleasure" service of other Chick-fil-A restraints though. Be careful because wait times can be long around lunchtime, sometimes up to an hour."
