"Fries are undercooked far too often. Ruins the meal that I pay $13 for. Do they not have timers on the fryers? Getting the food out fast is great until you're sacrificing food quality. Do better, it's not hard."

"Great place for easy ordering through the line and out. They give each car a number once you place your order so there is no confusion between cars. The food is fresh and my order was fast and correct. They even gave me a two cup holder for my drinks instead of handing them to me. Too many time I have almost dropped the drink in the car from that. Maybe I go there again. This place is new so it's larger than other Chick-fil-A restaurants. I give it a thumbs up!!!"

"I order from here literally almost once a week , I live nearby and my kid loves their Mac n cheese & lemonade. They’ve never failed with that . Almost every time on a sandwich the meat is not cooked fully to the point I stopped getting them . Like if you bite it , the meat will literally not go anywhere unless you peel it off . I begin to get kids meal with my 1 year old and when cutting up her nuggets yesterday, it was purple goo instead of chicken in the nuggets . Most of them tasted like freezer if it was “cooked” . I didn’t receive the ice creams and when coming back the only thing I did receive was 1 ice cream and I asked for 2 lemonades , received 1 & water . The service here is always great , always ! Never had a long wait or anything but my kids food was my last straw."

"In a rush to make more money, chickfilla has expanded this location and hired some staff/managers that are rude and providing bad customer service. I order 10-12 times a month from this location as my daughter loves their food. One particular day, I ordered couple of egg cheese biscuits and hasbrowns. I noticed one of the biscuit had bacon in it as shown in the pic. I have never eaten bacon btw so I called the location and left them a vm with the order # within 15 mins of getting home. Didn't get any reply back. It was a week day so didnt drive back for a 2$ biscuit replacement or a refund.. I go back after 3-4 days to order again and showed them the pic and my previous order, the manager acted so rude and was acting as if I was lying over a 2$ biscuit. She was like I was supposed to drive back the same day and she will not honor this the next time. She was rude. When i said, i left a vm the same day, but got no response she had no answer and walked away. Hey Chickfilla, expand by all means to make more money but teach some courtesy and customer service to your managers. Also, add a feature in your app to report wrong orders and upload pics so customers are not insulted or bothered afterwards. Check the reviews from the last 2 months on this location, good amount of people are complaining about bad customer service experience and wrong orders so clearly Chickfilla has been screwing up...."

"After not eating here for over two years (been out of the country), it was everything I remembered and expected! As usual the staff was nice, prompt, and courteous! The lobby was clean as always and just the overall experience one comes to expect from Chick-fil-A!"
