"They sent my mri & report to wrong dr, a dr that left practice 6 mos ago. They didn't send the mri materials to the ordering dr at all. They want me to just come in and get a new mri, not in this lifetime will I ever get one at this place!!!! I will go elsewhere after making sure there can repeat to me who and where they are to send the mri results and disk to!"

"Their billing procedures for veterans is horrible and how they handle the whole process. They will not totally comply with the V A procedures and do the due diligence - they will turn it over to collections without properly handling billing. They are very snarky and spiteful on the phone They turn you over to collections without cause..."

"Kim (returned the call I left on VM and assisted with helping locate the right people, listened attentively to my situation and needs then helped to all her ability with kindness, compassion and genuine care) and Gayle (media) returned my call and displayed the same compassion and care. She reviewed the status of my imagery with me and advised me of the next steps to me taken. These two ladies were both exemplary!! They were truly the kind of people needed not only in the medical field but in general of todays society! Thank you to both of you ladies!!"

"Horrible billing process. They charged $250 before my wife could get the ultrasound on 11/2. It is 11/30 and my ins co has the bill from the doctor but nothing on the $250. Did they file it with my ins co? Who knows? I now cannot get a hold of any one from the office who can answer my questions about this charge or if or when they will file. Pre billing is a terrible billing practice. Once they have your money that's the end of service."

"From the front desk check in, to the volunteer, to the tech, great job ladies. A mammogram isn't the most fun thing in the world to have done. But, these ladies care about their patients, are helpful and kind and make what could be a bad experience into something not so bad. As a medical professional and patient, I would definitely recommend this facility."
