"My only complaint is every time I come and get ice it is never filled to the line. If I wanted regular ice pellets, I would go to the gas station or the grocery store and purchase an ice bag so clearly if I’m coming to Chick-fil-A and spending three dollars on a bag of ice I expect it to be full."
"Today was our first time dining in at this location. It was smaller than I imagined it would be, but nice and clean. I wanted to give a shoutout to Mr. John who got our table ready for my toddler and I and served us throughout our meal. He was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Great experience all thanks to him!"
"I always order an egg biscuit with scrambled egg instead of folded egg…literally on breakfast entree I eat…today they said they could not do it. I have ordered it here and many other, never an issue. To add insult to injury I waited 15 min in line and with no way to exit, had to wait another 5 minutes just to leave empty handed. I’m absolutely flabbergasted. And just to show I’m not lying, drove to the Chick-fil-A by my job and they did it no questions asked (which is what I’m used to. See pic below…it is possible!"
"Welcome to the worst drive thru in their franchise!!! Avalon lunch line is never moving… then I walked in to pick up an order and I swear I saw 3 people place an order pick up and go. I order through the app and waited 15mins of my 45min lunch. Do better please!"
"This is probably the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The building is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of natural light. You get the same food and friendly service as you would elsewhere. I would definitely come back again. There's also a relatively large parking lot compared to other restaurants in Atlanta."
