Martin's Restaurants

"I have been going to this Martin’s since it opened and the staff tends to rotate out. Which sucks because they had an amazing staff up til 3-4 weeks ago. Now every time I go thru the drive thru they have screwed my order up. And I am thirty minutes away at my office by the time I realize it. I always add extra egg and pay for the extra because they weren’t putting enough on the biscuit. I have been charged at least 15 times and not gotten it. And when remind the guy at the window he assures me it’s there because he put the egg on it his self. I mean let’s get real dude, there is barely a half of a medium egg on the biscuit. Then today I go in and order a small bacon and egg with my normal large sausage egg w/extra egg. I get to my office and it’s 2 small bacon eggs. Both with one tablespoonful of egg and one piece of bacon. 10$ and I barely got one full biscuit out of two. This will probably be my last visit to this location."

"I keep getting the same order, never ask for cheese in my food because I am severely lactose intolerant and they keep putting cheese in it! The order option is steak and egg biscuit not steak egg cheese biscuit. It DOES NOT COME WITH CHEESE! please retrain your staff!"

"I stopped by about half an hour before closing time. They had ran out of large biscuits and I was accommodated with two smalls. It made my day!! I was so happy, I rarely get to stop by Martin's. The staff were so sweet! Best country ham, egg, and cheese biscuits everrr!!! Coffee was perfect!"

"I love Martin's and am so happy to see more and more popping up everywhere. Its worth the wait for me knowing they are frequently busy. Went inside to dine in today. I stood alone at the counter for 5 minutes while people walked by and didn't even look at me. Finally the person with the headset working the drive thru asked me what I was waiting on. All it takes is for staff to keep an eye on the counter and tell someone they will be with them as soon as they can. Not hard."

"Update June 2021: Changed my rating to 2. It's hard to believe that the service has gone bad so fast since opening only a few months ago. Going into the dining room to order you get a lower priority than drive thru. At least 8 cars went through the drive thru before I got my order. Dining room still isn't open. There is always a long wait even for something simple like biscuits and gravy. Today the dining room door was locked and no sign indicating so. This is exactly what happened with Bojangles before they closed in this same location. Hopefully things turn around, but I'll be staying away for a while to give it a few months and see if they improve things. Original review March 2021: I've been waiting for Martin's to open since I saw the sign several months ago. I have never been to one before, so I was excited to try it out. They did not disappoint! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a gravy biscuit. Both were quite good. I look forward to future visits where I can try out some of the other menu items. The dining room is not yet open (as of March 19)."
