"Receptionist was condescending and rude before an anxious patient. I'll share the details with Northside if they ever call me back, but they earned this single star. Judging by the reviews before mine, it doesn't look like they're reading their Google reviews. I almost *ran* out of the building once my procedure was done."

"Lacks professionalism in all aspects. Poor communication and customer service. Acts inconvenienced when asked to DO THIER JOB... I'm not sure why management hasn't cleared out the slacks. When I hear or see "NORTHSIDE" I normally think "quality" and "professional"... that's not the case here. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

"I am convinced their billing is a SCAM. Both my husband and I went in for a procedure (2 months apart) and you couldn't leave until it was paid in full bc it wasn't covered under insurance. We both got billed AND notified from insurance it was filed. I specifically told her what happened to him when I paid and she said 'your insurance info isn't even on here so it wont happen.' Both times the excuse was 'the billing goes out the day of the procedure automatically.' however the bill came 3 weeks later. KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING and who you spoke with. I paid $99 and the bill was $557. VERY SKETCHY"

"While the gentleman who did my exam was very professional and courteous, Brenda at the front desk is anything but, and if I am being honest the rest of the front desk personnel didn't seem that friendly either! Brenda however was particularly rude in her tone from the start and had a very sour personality towards patients in general it seemed. I can not for the life of me understand why companies think it is ok to keep someone like this in a role that requires patient or customer interactions all day when it is obvious that they do NOT want to interact with people and are rude to patients / customers in general! I personally will not be going back to that facility and would not recommend it to anyone else. There is a hospital a stones throw away that while is a different system, can do the exact same testing and send the results to your doctor just the same or other facilities in general. This facility is not worth the bad interactions and attitudes you deal with when walking through the door!"

"These people are very kind and professional. I got help redirecting my Physician's orders to the right place, directions on the phone, and very friendly service from the receptionists. The Radiology Tech was nice and put me at ease, telling me what she was doing as she positioned me. That is so appreciated by the patient. Their location is clean, easy to find, and has better hours than the facility my Dr. wanted me to use."
