"The absolute best Southern Food in the area. Hands downs, some of the cheapest, most delicious, and fresh food in Chattanooga. I had the chicken livers with mashed potatoes and turnip greens. Everything, and I mean everything, was the best version of those things I've ever had from a restaurant. The chicken lovers were especially good. Those were the best chicken livers I've ever had, just period. You would be doing your mind, body, and soul a favor by checking this place out and don't forget dessert because their strawberry shortcake they have on Wednesdays is to die for."
"Wow the biscuits here were just near perfect, if perfect can ever be obtained. The food order was made spot on. Definitely a spot to visit if your looking for a great breakfast. Service was prompt and friendly. I got ham & egg biscuit. The ham was very good and not a dried out slab of meat. Not very much parking but it seems many utilize the lot next door."
"The breakfast plates available here are a better value than any other of the "breakfast restaurants" you see off the highways. My particular favorite is the country fried steak, hands down the best I've had in years. The food is always steaming hot and delicious, the service is friendly and filled with typical southern charm, and you're bound to meet someone unique from the cast of "regulars". Highly recommend if you're looking for good southern food at a reasonable price."
"My wife and I were just passing through town. I wanted an old school southern breakfast and I got one everything was great from the pancake to the eggs being cooked just right. Service was great as well. I'll probably eat here every time I visit Chattanooga."
