"There aren't many places locally that sell Husqvarna brand bikes and this was one of two dealers within reasonable driving distance of my location. I will be honest, I did not do a bunch of research about this place other than notice it was highly rated according to Google reviews so I knew nothing about it other than that. I made the trip with a good friend of mine and as we neared its location we noticed the sign on the right, pulled in and without a doubt we were both thinking the same thing; This place is TINY!! It is only human instinct to pass judgement and as we bear in mind the old adage, "Don't judge a book by its cover," we proceeded in. We were greeted by a man named Rodney who had just received a shipment of goodies from UPS and was feverishly entering the new inventory into the computer. He stopped what he was doing and I explained to him I was the one who called about the availability of the TE 300 model Huskies the previous Saturday; He remembered who I was even though nothing was set in stone during the initial phone call. Rodney was extremely knowlegeable about the bikes they sell and is definitely someone you could count on to steer you in the right direction as far as what bike suits your riding style the best, that is if you don't know what you already want like I did. Then came down Beth who was the lady I spoke with over the phone that day to double check on availability, she made the purchasing process completely painless and was a pleasure to work with and get the ball rolling; a very nice lady. Next up was the mechanic RJ who is also Rodney's son and in charge of getting the bike ready for me. After the bike was ready, RJ went through the bike with me from top to bottom and was also extremely knowledgeable of the dos and don'ts of not only the break-in/start-up/warm-up procedures of these new fuel-injected two strokes, but the maintenance as well. Everybody was a pleasure to meet and talk to; They truly made you feel like you were a part of the shop. I would highly recommend BCC to any and all people not only looking to purchase a bike but they also ship AND sell high quality parts, gear, fluids and have the knowledge to keep you informed about them. With that said, don't be fooled; this place may look small but it packs a BIG punch and you will not regret a trip to BCC. I'd like to give my apologies and thanks to any of the other folks around the shop that I did not get the pleasure of conversing with or learning names as they were all busy working to get the shop restocked with the freshly delivered goodies or in the back getting other bikes ready. Thanks again to BCC and its staff for sending me home with a brand new bike."

"First time buyer/rider. Showed up and bought a 2023 Svartpilen 401. I had it within a couple hours after they gave it a good once over and service, after I promised to charge it overnight to make sure the battery was good. After I had it they took me across the street in the schools parking lot and gave me a little drivers ed course to make sure I was comfortable with the bike. Then helped me load it and strap it down. "I purchased a used 2017 Husqvarna TE300 from Beaver Creek Cycle in the late summer of 2017. I live a little over an hour away from the shop so I was counting on the description to be accurate and truthful before I made the trek to check it out. The owner and the guys at the shop were great with all of the back and forth questions I was asking before actually making the trip. When I decided to make the trip out to check out the bike in person and make my final decision I was super pleased to find that the bike was way better than my expectations. They weren't pushy at all and let me take my time looking over the bike before I pulled the trigger. Our transaction was quick and painless. After many rides I can attest to there not being any hidden issues on the bike.
