"On 2/6/24, after a scheduled appointment I entered Publix on Mayan Dr. of Tallahassee, Fl. to get something easy to eat while driving. While in the Deli, several were awaiting service while one employee was on the telephone. Gio approached and made the no contact wait worth while. He was kind, professional and advised on the best option for me to purchase. Thank you Gio !!!"
"I love Publix. It's the only store I like to shop at. However, the cooked food area needs some work. The food is not good and it doesn't even look good. It always looks old, like its been up there all day, and it's dried out. The fruit area always looks amazing! I've never had a problem with the employees. The isles are always nice and neat. They seem to do first in, first out, unlike a lot of other stores. Where the staff just throw the new foods on the shelf instead of moving old food to the front and putting new foods to the back. I have a habit of looking at expiration dates."
"Not sure why I keep ordering subs from Publix. Ordered subs online at 6:49pm. “Promised time” of 7:30. Here I am at 8:00pm still waiting for my subs. 9 times out of 10 times this happens. And yet I keep trying thinking Publix will figure it out. Hope to learn my lesson and not be tricked again!"
