"I just came into the shop to inquire about getting a tattoo done which if I would've not been ignored for over an hour I may have gotten it done but no one guy did greet me at the door but he was an apprentice and couldn't help me so he asked me to wait for the other artist to finish a tattoo he was working on I get it takes time to finish but lord over an hour and no response I definitely will not be coming back here thanks for nothing might need to work on your customer service skills."

"These guys rock. Every last one of them!! I came in on a Monday and met Bruce. I quickly let him know I was referred to Gabe. He let me know gabr was off on Mondays but he would give him a call. He did so, and Gabe came in to the shop shortly after we talked for about 40 min about the idea I had that I had no idea could become reality but he contacted me a week before my schedule appointment and sent me the drawing I was impressed to say the least. I thought my experience could not get any better this dude did an absolutely fantastic job on my arm! Thank you guys so much!!!! We need to schedule my next session!! See you soon!!!!!?"
