"You can't hardly get through I was on hold 8 yes 8 times then the lady answered & said Pharmacy PHARMACY I said or yelled "if you give me a minute I would say why I called. They need to get better help"

"This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star, the pharmacy will place you on hold for multiple times without even speaking with someone, they answer please hold then you wait up to 10 minutes then phone rings with no answer. Also when I attempted to contact the store manager about the issue, she too seemed uncaring about the situation, my suggestion is go somewhere else. The lack of empathy or resolve is just sad."

"I am traveling for the holidays. Tuesday I had a total knee replacement. Got to Stockbridge late. All drug stores were closed. After calling around we came upon this Walgreen . First they had to talk to my doctor in Savannah to verify. Then they said I could pay out of pocket. So I ag reed to pay out of pocket. Two minutes they call me back and said I couldn't even pay out of pocket without them talking to my surgeon. Did I mention I just had a total knee replacement ? I just wanted to be with my family for the holidays. I thought I always wanted a Walgreens in my town. However, after this treatment, I will never shop Walgreens again"

"You would think since this location is near a hospital, they would staff competent people for the pharmacy. It’s disheartening to know that the people who work here, are extremely uncaring to the needs of patients, requiring their prescriptions to be filled. I understand this particular pharmacy would be a high volume and uncommonly busy, since it’s near a hospital. I’m sure the staff is overwhelmed with this expectation but there is always a solution to any madness. First, they need to staff adequate employees who enjoy what they do. Next, dedicate personnel to attend to phones, the register, drive thru and fulfilling orders. It seems you need more than just one person for each of these areas. To sit in a drive thru for an hour or more is unnecessary. To be placed on hold when calling for more information on prescriptions is fine, but to blatantly pick up the phone, say nothing and be placed back on hold 7 times, is down right unprofessional. Not to mention, when finally getting though, the individual isn’t competent enough to find orders clearly sent in by a doctor. I had to move a new prescription for my son to another location and they immediately found it in their system. Hmmm, that’s weird. All in all, if you’re looking to at least get your medication in a timely manner, with a friendly welcome or at least showing some concern, go to another Walgreens. You’re not going to get it here."

"First time and hate it! I requested a refill from a different location and they still didn’t get it done. I was told “they were understaffed and she had to go home; therefore, the pharmacist wouldn’t have time to fulfill my prescription.” They had over 24 hours to get it done and still failed. Instead of calling me to make it right the following day…nope, they just charged my card on file and didn’t even give me my prescription. Now, I have to use my time to go back to this place to request a refund. Btw, drove an hour back across town to my original pharmacy and had no issues. I absolutely hate bad customer service."
