"Grooming area is about the laziest staff yall have. I brought my dog to get a haircut and they said it was a safety hazard for his skin. IVE LITERALLY GOTTEN HIS HAIR CUT MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT ANY ISSUES UNTIL TODAY. Fire the lady with the birth mark on her face. What a total waste of time and effort in this location"

"***Grooming Review*** I definitely DO NOT recommend using this PetSmart grooming. I took my Chow Chow for his first ever groom. Currently my dog has a rare condition that is common in Akitas and Chows that affects his eyes and skin. In which my dog is now blind at 7 months old and other issues. When the ladies at the front first noticed his nose is discolored and his eyes were tint blue they were so turned off from my Teddy and tried to make every excuse on why they couldn’t groom him that day. It went from oh he doesn’t have a rabies vaccine on file which was untrue, we use the Banfield literally steps away. Then when this was confirmed now they were saying well he seems sick even after telling them about his condition and showing records on the Banfield portal. They proceeded to call the vet to verify if my dog could have just a simple bath! So once this was confirmed he was finally taken back only for them to call me 10mins later to pick up my dog! The person I spoke to proceeds to say he is in a kennel and seems to be very stressed and pooped and we cannot groom him! Ridiculous, first why is my dog even in a kennel and he was their just for a quick simple bath and blow dry. Secondly if a customer tells you that this is their dogs first groom and he is BLIND and unfamiliar with the people and environment, what would you expect and he’s not aggressive he was crying! Let’s just say RUN! I feel like this was a good sign because I found a better groomer and the pets that were being groomed were not even cut right!"

"Love this place!! I take my 2 dogs too Banfield vet here. Amazing vets on staff and so helpful with all ur pet needs. They also groom both dogs and cats at this location."

"Georgia (groomer) always handles my dog well. He looks forward to seeing her and gets excited when she comes through the gate to get him. He’s always super clean with nicely trimmed nails when I pick him up. He’s not an easy puppy to handle as a Catahoula Leopard has tons on energy but she handles him perfectly. I will only take my pup to Georgia for grooming @ PetSmart."

"I’m extremely dissatisfied with the grooming services. I took her in on Wednesday and the only things that’s decent is the bows they put in. Look at her eye area! I have to pay another groomer to fix their mistake."
