"Really good experience, I switched my phone from Verizon to T Mobile. I used the 55+ plan ND got a better deL than I was getting at Verizon. They also gave me two very sleek Galaxy S22 phones. Not only that but they did all the work, transferred my photos and apps. We took our new phones on vacation to Florida and took some amazing shots. The camera was awesome, we took pictures of Artimus1 the space ship at NASA from a long distance and the Pic was crystal clear. The staff was very friendly and even helped me get a protective case so nothing happens to our new phones. Thank you fir such wonderful service"

"I got a new phone that ATT doesnt support, so i decided to try t-mobile. New phone works with TM, but they are having trouble transferring my number and give me a temporary one. It has been 3 weeks trying to get my old number transerred and noone at TM will take ownership of my problem and help me FIX the problem. They always say that that will call back (they haven't) or transfer me to another rep (who also can't/won't help). Guess I will try verizon."

"Every time I go in this store some sort of issue occurs. You wait forever for help then the simplest of tasks takes longer than it should. It’s so bad that im going to be driving 45 minutes out of the way just to not have to deal with the people in this store. The store manager is absolutely brutal. Can ‘‘em all"
