"So, funny - TRUE - story.... I went to Clarks for a brisket. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I said yes, and started to tell them what I was looking for. Instantly, they knew and found the perfect brisket. I was very happy. Not too lean, nice color, great size exactly what I needed. I then proceeded to pay. My wallet got stuck in my back pocket and it took a group effort to dislodge it. They were super nice and we all got a good laugh. Fortunately, they remember me from that! Long story short, this place IS THE PLACE to get QUALITY meats that are superior to any supermarket offerings. I will only purchase meats here. Thank you all for what you do and how you do it, don't change a THING!"
