"Walgreens, please change the wording in your Covid Test confirmation email. It states 'At the time of your appointment, go to the testing pharmacy check-in counter in the store'. However, when customers go inside, they are told to go back out to the drive-thru. I don't appreciate the inconvenience nor the looks I received from your staff for having come in the store, which is exactly what I was told to do. Another reviewer described the pharmacy staff as indifferent. This is the perfect description. They say as few words as possible, and interactions seem robotic."

"My husband had a surgery yesterday Sep. 27th and we were already going through a lot of stress. Since Walgreens at Woodstock hwy 92 is convenient for us we order our prescriptions to go to the same. I was in the drive thru to collect my husband’s medicines on Sep. 28th Thursday at 7:30pm and the lady was very rude to me. She first said that the order will be ready in 10 mins and I said “okay, thank you” and was about to move from there, very quickly and rudely she said “I have to take the customer behind you move your car” I was like it was not even a second since she had answered my question. People like this lady should not be in the customer service face to face jobs to ruin and make it worse for the customers. Hopefully, some action will be taken against her and some training provided to her on how to talk to people. My job is with CVS but I still come here but will make it a point to change the pharmacy as soon as I can. Awful customer service !!!!!"

"This Walgreens is clean and well organized. The best part of this store is the pharmacy. Not only are the techs efficient and friendly, but Joe, the pharmacist is the best. He takes extra special care with each patient, whether its administering a shot or filling a prescription. I will only go to him for my prescriptions because I am confident each one will be filled accurately and timely. We are fortunate to have this kind of care in our local Walgreens."

"In my life, I've been to about 4 pharmacies for long lengths of time - each over 5 years and some over 10 years. This Walgreens is the worst I've ever been to, and from the other reviews, I can see why. The staff there is the worst - they seem to be very rude and unhelpful when you have an issue that needs to be cleared up. They treat the customers like idiots. I had a recent incident where I had a disruption in my medication that wasn't aligned with my other medication, and they said they would align it, but nothing happened. Then I asked again, and nothing. I asked a third time if they could discuss the schedule with my doctor to clear up this issue so that I could pick up my medications all at once, and again, nothing. After the 3rd time, I argued quite a bit with one of the pharmacy techs, and my gut feeling is that they vengefully messed up my prescription schedule further. I would like to report this heinous attitude, but I don't know who to report to. So, I will no longer be going here. I hope others realize they are not alone in feeling this way about these people, and perhaps if enough customers leave, someone in corporate will take notice."

"The pharmacy staff, other than Joe, are extremely rude and unfriendly. They do not smile and just look mad all the time. No hello, no thank you Takes a full day for a script to be filled. I call on automated system in early AM and call for status around 4 and told it will be a few more hours or, as I was once told by Laura, I have 50 ahead of you. Laura is the rudest of them all. She acts so inconvenienced and has never smiled. Not once. She’s very abrupt. . I know they are understaffed and busy but does not justify their attitudes. I called corporate and district manager who happened to be in the store that week. She said she noticed the pharmacy staff didn’t smile, greet or thank customer and was going to have a staff meeting that day to address these issues. Also, I’m usually on hold from 5-8 min. and often get cut off. Hopefully the staff meeting helped. Again, Joe, the pharmacist is wonderful! Kristi, another pharmacist very, very rude! She accused me of harassing her cause I called her 5 times in 2 days to get status of my script. She actually hung up on me! This is main reason I called corporate and district manager. I’m changing pharmacies. Will go to Kroger across the street."
