"The pharmacy staff are not only rude, they refused to even talk to me even though it was 10 minutes before they were scheduled to go to lunch. They all marched out like robots stating’we are people and need to eat’. I tried to tell them that I was there 10 minutes before they closed for lunch, but they all just kept repeating those words. Also, I went through the drive through days prior to this and the girl with her hair all different colors, lied to me and told me that they couldn’t order the medication I was prescribed and and they didn’t have it. I found out, from the actual pharmacist, that they do order medication they don’t have. Today I was told by my doctor to call CVS about the medication and I was on hold for 26 minutes and then they hung up on me. I kept calling back and they kept hanging up. This whole thing is a nightmare and I’m switching another pharmacy."

"This pharmacy is disorganized. Everytime I call regarding a prescription transfer; I get a different answer. This past weekend, I was promised that my prescription transfer went through and that my medication would be ready for pickup only to show up and be told that my transfer was NEVER received. Nobody seems to know their left from their right. So annoying. I'm willing to travel out of the way to another location for my meds, in order to deal with competent staff. Sheesh."

"The Minute clinic staff at this location is above and beyond. The Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly, always makes me feel at ease and educated in my diagnosis. I never feel glazed over or unheard and always know I’m in good hands when I visit this MinuteClinic office! I personally drive out of my way passing several other Minute Clinic offices/ urgent care centers just to be seen by NP Kimberly!"

"Went to fill prescription last night and another awesome experience. There were ZERO cars in the drive thru, no one in line, and no one in the store. I handed my script to pharmacist Seyedal Mortazavi Rad. Dropping off? NO. It will be an hour. “I need it expedited because I can drop dead of stroke at any moment” (current BP 320/210). Basically not his problem and “it was HIS pharmacy, HE was the pharmacist on duty and HE didn’t care”. Now if someone was experiencing a medical emergency that is life threatening and they can die on the spot common sense would say take 5 minutes but no. Mr. Rad apparently is under the belief he is immune from moral and ethical responsibility assigned to holding licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Georgia and he answers to no one. Had I had a stroke not only is he subject to prosecution he would be held personally accountable. I did drive home and I made it home managing not to have a stroke and not to kill innocent members of society. Had I had an accident pharmacist could also have been sued by anyone injured or killed in the accident. You are not just filling a prescription and not God. You need to actually listen and if you can’t understand a life and death situation you need to find another profession or find a less stressful environment to be gainfully employed as a pharmacist. I will be reporting Mr. Rad to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy for introspection with the board. A pharmacist completes classroom training and continuing education hours to ensure members of society are not harmed when a pharmacist forgets to bring common sense and ethics to the task at hand. The Board of Pharmacy exists for this purpose. Mr. Rad will have a greater understanding he does have to answer to The Board of Pharmacy for his behavior and he can’t just tirade behind the counter of CVS under the auspices that “it is HIS pharmacy”; someone might wish to explain he does not own CVS at Towne Lake Parkway and he is not God. I have found over the past 35-years that I am pretty effective in filing complaints on behalf of society to all the Professional Licensure Boards in the State of Georgia. Mr. Rad clearly indicated to me that he did not care who I called or who I am reporting him to. I just picked up the 3rd medication that Mr. Rad said was out of stock yet promised at 7am (7-hours after leaving); I was told it would not be in for 2-3 days yet typed “promised 7am). Guess it was too complicated for Mr. Rad to pull bottle off the shelf and slap the label on it; it was in the manufactures box no counting required."
