"Worthless, pain to get prescriptions filled. Call them in and automated system refuses to fill. Try to talk to the pharmacists, end up stick on hold for over an hour and still no contact. Only way to ensure the script is filled is to go in and make the techs push it through the logjam that their automated system gets stuck on. If my healthcare gave me literally any other option i would take it."

"Extremely rude staff with zero with zero customer service. Pharmacist techs were very judgmental because they messed up a prescription. I will not be bringing by business back to this establishment."

"Pharmacy is just rude! The lady was so loud and kept repeating herself about am I sure I want to pay for the medicine! It was 45.00 and for my child and when I said yes, she told me “ in her opinion it was too much” like please do your job and keep your opinions to yourself! Also she used her finger without a glove to push down the tan for my daughter’s medicine and almost forgot to even mix it! She wouldn’t give me her name and wasn’t wearing a tag!"

"Ashley in the photo department helped me so much with my canvas pictures of my baby. When there was an issue, she called to let me know before to pick it up and when I got there, she helped me fix a new photo on a canvas, and I didn’t even have to come back later to pick it up. All with the best attitude. She was just a great help all around!"

"On 05/07/2022, my wife used this specific Walgreen's to have a "photo block" made. Earlier this evening, my wife stopped by to pick the item up before heading into work, and found the photos arranged around the outside of the block to be extremely off centered. Due to this, she politely requested that the purchased item be redone. The lady behind the photo counter agreed, though she seemed inconvenienced, and told my wife that it would probably take a while. Fast forward about 45 minutes. I received a call from the Walgreen's, advising me that the item was complete for the second time. While on the phone, the female employee made sure to tell me that the reason they were calling was because my wife didn't find the original "suitable", which seemed a little strange and rude to say. When I arrived to pick the item up a short time later, I immediately walked up to the photo counter which was staffed by two females. After saying "deal with this guy", one lady behind the photo counter asked for a name, laughed at my response, and then promptly handed me the block and said that it's paid for. As I walked off, the shorter, heavy set lady proceeded to yell after me that should my wife still have a problem with this second item, that she could return the block and have it redone for a third time. I do have to say, though apparently much better, the photos were still not aligned and centered right on the sides of the square, which should be a fairly simple task when your entire job is printing pictures... For anybody reading this, I would simply recommend that you utilize any other local Walgreen's for your photo needs, and save yourself the hassle of dealing with the condescending and unprofessional staff that work the photo counter."
