"They wouldn’t accept my 60lbs dog. He’s the sweetest ESA certified mix breed and the lady claimed she’s too short. Why would you have on your website that you can take any dog breed 100lbs or less? Very misleading and shameful. I know hundreds of people in the area and be ready to have your reviews negatively impacted. The Asian lady on the phone was flat out rude and disrespectful. DO NOT give them business."
