"Only rating the dog wash a 2 because of its convenience still. I usually bring both dogs in but just like everything else they've raised their price but in addition they've taken away the nice towels, the new towels are just basic bath towels like you have at home. They no longer supply anything you have to ask for it. One of the employees, Joe, was cleaning out the sink while I was finishing up and I asked him if they sold a poodle comb. He said we don't supply those but they would be over there and pointed. I believe if I could have sold a poodle comb or two I might would have gone and gotten them since my customer had a armful of wet dog. But maybe I'm just old and grumpy but we won't be back. There are now more options in town."
