"First let me say that I have been in this area for 5 months and have gone to almost every groomer in Fairburn/Peachtree city including Petsmart and Petco. I have an 8 month old Shih Tzu who is a joy and very affectionate but for some reason my pup was misunderstood at other groomers. They complained that his typical puppy behavior was to much for them to handle and I often got turned away because other businesses were to busy chasing the dollar instead of chasing the true passion behind their skill/craft. My last resort before I decided to teach myself how to groom my pup was contacting Snippity Doo, and boy was I and my pup Rocky in for a real treat. From the very first point of contact my experience was amazing and easy. The groomers assured me that my concerns or what I was hearing about my pup was just normal behavior of a puppy and that they would work with him. I finally made an appointment and was so nervous when dropping him off. Let me say that the salon is clean with amazing energy for your dog or cat. It’s calm and inviting and what I loved most was that they didn’t worry about packing the dogs in, they cared most about the experience that your pup gets and keeping the pet moms/dads nerves at ease. When I picked up my Rocky I was brought to tears of the level of precision, time, attention to detail and patience the groomer had. This is by far the most amazing hair cut and his first besides sanitaries that he has had. I tipped the groomer 10.00 and thought what else could I do for her to say thank you! My experience hands down was top notch and I felt like they put Rocky’s experience top priority. Will I go back! YES! They are officially my groomer of choice because I trust them. Stop looking, stop calling around because the best is right in Tyrone. Snippity Doo we love you!"
