"Very inconsistent service. Took dog there one time and they did a great job cleaning and cutting his hair in about 2 hours. Took him back a few days ago and they did a horrible job. They cut every bit of hair off, he doesn't smell clean, it took them almost four hours to do this time, there were no other dogs there, and they didn't answer any phone calls at all. I'm 100% convinced that the employees here saw that they only had one dog for the day and decided to take a long smoke break and abandon him for several hours. There is no excuse for how unprofessional these groomers are, why it took so long, or how bad of a job they did. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. They won't even call you back anyways..."
"Groomers did a great job on my pup. But when I went to pick my pup up, there was a very rude girl with green hair there stating I did not pay the $20 to make the appointment. But, in order to reserve a spot you have to pay in advance which I did. Never had this issue before. Because of how she treated me, I will not be going back. Please work on your customer service skills and have a kinder attitude. Update: I did ask to return and the owner said that will not be a good idea and I could try her other shop. I decline. The owner was called to the shop after I had to deal with the rude former green haired employee. Owner was fair, but with the other employee it left a bad taste in my mouth after she treated me so rudely over just $20. Thank you"
"Great experience! Staff were friendly and very patient with our dog! He can be a little irritable when it comes to getting a trim, so it was nice to meet groomers who he got along with. Especially after we were turned away from a couple of other pet groomer locations! Thanks Befur and After for going the extra mile for our pup! Would definitely recommend."

"I bring all 6 of my pups there and love how there staff is friendly and does an exceptional job. They take time to ask about your expectations and also save that information for next time you come in. Only thing I wish they offered is a discount for bringing in multiple dogs for grooming."
