Ada's Pet Grooming

"Ada did such a good job with my Australian Shepherd, Wrangler! He looked so good when I picked him up. He's a little skittish but she took her time and was patient with him. I will definitely take him back in a couple of months to get another trim. The office is nice and clean and the staff are very nice. I'm so glad I found this groomer. Very satisfied."

"The first time I took my girl here, they did an ok job but this last time was bad. I asked for half off and she's a shih tzu so her hair was pretty long. They cut it way too short and scraped her private area to the point of bleeding. I will never take my dogs there again."

"My first time going to this pet grooming shop. Very kind staff and customer friendly atmosphere for me and my children. Unfortunately I was not able to explain what I really wanted and should of taken a picture. I said cut short and that’s what she did. But because it was a mis communication I was told not to worry about paying for the service. I took ownership I shouldn’t of said real short. Anyway, I left paying half but I look forward to going back in two weeks now that we have a clear understanding of the look I want. And I will have a picture next time to be sure. Nice people and I think they really care about the animals. Will give a update next visit with pics. ***************UPDATE***************** I normally do not like to leave bad reviews, BUT. I will add an update, it has taken over six months for my daughters rescued mini Poodle to grow his hair to the length pictured above after he was cut bald by Ada and her gentleman staff.. I noticed his ears were not both cut the same length, one obviously mush longer then the other. There were a few spots where his fur was just not evenly cut so he had small thicker and longer areas. His mustache I was told may never grow back and his fur, I sure hope it does. I understood it was a mis understanding giving her the benefit of the doubt. I’ve never had any other dog besides a pit bull. So I was completely naive to the grooming process. After a few days passed, I contacted Ada to let her know how I felt about the job they did. Her attitude was not pleasant or apologetic in any way. She was more concerned of protecting herself by having me write a letter of no harm done to my dog. Then she rudely advised me to find a new grooming company. All I can say is shame on you Ada for your poor customer service as well as mistreatment of our new added addition to our family. I’m pretty sure they could have done much better by simply asking. I did not think to say do not cut off his mustache. Anyhow, the last picture was the picture taken by the animal rescue shelter before we adopted him. Clearly they should of known (the first picture below) was not what I had in mind when I said short."
