The woman behind the counter immediately greeted us and worked with us for about 20 minutes trying to find a helmet that fit my daughter well. "It is rare these days to find a business that is more just selling. Recently had an issue with the battery not charging in our Teryx side by side. Discussed the issue with Trapper in United Cycles Service Department. Every question was answered with patient and a genuine desire to help. In the end, the Stator had failed and the machine was taken to United for repairs. The Stator and Rectifier were replaced and when we picked it up all the work was explained in detail. The work was completed in less than the estimated time of 2 weeks and well under estimated cost of repair and both are always welcome news! Great business and service…will definitely be purchasing from United Cycle in the near future! I have always said…anyone can sell anyone something the first time, but it is a Service Department that generates repeats customers and their experience generates new customers. Well Done!"
