"Worst service ever. I have worked at James Hardie for 13 years, and have never got good service. You almost never get the right number off clothes back. They don't often repair them, and if they don't provide the promised 5 sets. You will not get a refund. Sometimes your clothes just go "missing". The guy who comes to the plant isn't helpful. Like I said it isn't just the current guy, it's every guy for the last 13 years. I started with the uniforms when I was hired then quit using for a few years due to poor service. Have since tried again they still suck, and I may cancel again. Don't use this company if you have another choice. I would give no stars or negative stars if I could."
"Jackson, Steve, Adam.....top tier service. When I need something, all I have to do is send an email or make a phone call and it is done. Our employees are very happy with the uniforms they provide."
"Cintas has the best uniforms we have ever seen. The quality is excellent. The people are helpful and they go out of their way to help us. Jarried McFarland, Matt Bird and Wess Ratcliff were able to quickly get everything set up for us. Matt Bird checks in with us at least once a month to verify that things are going well and as expected. He has told us to call him if we need anything at all. He is a super person. Wess Ratcliff brings our uniforms. He goes beyond his duties to help us and makes our job easier. He has also told us to call him if we need anything. He does such an excellent job and is so good to us."
