"This is the second time I have gone into this particular Sephora and as before there were people who worked in the store standing around talking and not one of them asked me if I needed any assistance ( I was clearly going up and down every isle trying to find something) when I didn’t find anything that would work for me I said to myself I’ll just wait until Ulta opens because at least they try to help you. As I’m thinking this a non African American couple comes in and in less than 3 minutes I hear one of the two ladies that were conversation amongst themselves ask the woman if she needed some assistance ( she was at the perfumes and had not gone the isle as I had done at least 3 times in the makeup section. So I guess I wasn’t the right color to warrant assistance. Needless to say, I will never spend my money in that Sephora as long as I live and breathe (as my mother used to say). I expect better from Sephora or is it the area I am in?"
