"I waited for someone to ring me up and as the worker came over she went to a different register. She didn’t tell me she will ring me up over there so I took my items and went to her. I left the basket on the counter. She then ask me if I was ready and I was like “yea been waiting on you”. She had a nasty as* attitude when i said that. Unprofessional and Uncalled for"
"This store is poorly staffed. The two girls that were there I have to say was useless. One was eating standing at the front cash register talking to the one that was on the cash register . Both was useless and at their speed will probably always be useless. Family dollar at double churches rd is a dump Family dollar you need to step up and hire people that have IQs I mean these two ladies don’t even know how to spell IQ."
"I gave the store a 3 as majority of the workers are nice, its not a cluttered store and it's convenient. That is majority of the reason for the 3...but if that sas taken away it would be a 1, possibly 2. The items are HARDLY EVER priced accurately! Like I'm searching for a closer one as I type. Like as many workers that are in there how is this such an ISSUE! The couple of times I've made this aware while checking out...I get the (shrug shoulders) unacceptable. Then was told by one associate that they get in trouble for doing price overrides. I WOULDN'T CARE... if your customers are seeing one price and your shelf says another....FIX THE PROBLEM!"
"The people working are cool. My problem is the whoever takes care of food safety. There can't be anyone up there it's impossible to let a majority of frozen product just thaw and refreeze. I had my food safety certification I refuse to believe there is anyone up there that has it as well. It's not the first time. Whoever is responsible is a liability at best"
