"I went to Dr. Vrabel when I was somewhere between 7-10 years old. My brothers and I used to get into fist fights when we were younger, as kids do. When my parents went to her about the issue, she told my entire family to ignore me if I was "acting up", and to not talk to me, look at me, or set a plate for me at the table, to pretend I didn't exist. She asked me what I would do to response to that, almost in a smug manner. I responded to her truthfully since I was a child, and said "I don't know, I'd be upset. I might cry, scream, hit them..." She leaned in to me and said "If you ever lay a finger on your brothers again, I will call the cops on you and have you removed from your home." If I can remember that 18 years later, your children will remember her too. Don't go here."

"My time with Dr Vrabel was the best. As with any mental health disorder it may take time to treat adequately. I had a daughter when she was young needed extensive consulting. There were anxiety issues that had to be dealt with and over a period of time and with Dr Vrabel’s expert consulting she conquered and excelled in school. In Hign School for the last two years she was on the Prinicipal’s list. In other words she had straight A’s. I fully endorse Dr Joanne Vrabel as she help my daughter succeed and become a very productive citizens. My daughter no longer requires counseling and made a full recovery. I saw just one review from a person bent on trying to destroy a person I totally respect and has helped me considerably. Please, if you have counseling needs, Dr Joanne Vrabel is a very pleasant and professional individual. I know not everyone can be easily pleased, but I can assure you I found Dr Vrabel to be one of the best."

"Absolutely incompetent! I don't believe she should even be allowed to practice. She is apparently confused on how conceiving a child works, asked inappropriate questions and made inappropriate comments regarding my history, addressed LGBT sexual orientation as an "issue", and addressed me with faith-based terms when I clearly indicated I am not religious. The whole experience was awful and I would never return to her or the practice (though the receptionists were very nice). Stay away!"
