"Anna does beautiful work. Just make sure you agree on a price in advance. After putting down what was explained as 1/2 the cost as a deposit on a wedding dress alteration ($200) when it was time to pick up the dress, the final price jumped significantly to $636!!!"
"My wife took her wedding dress to get it altered in March. They said they were too busy and to come back 1st of May. She took the dress to them and they did not have it ready until 1 MONTH LATER (3 days before the wedding). Did not ask my wife to try the dress on, my wife insisted and thats when she noticed a red mark (she does not wear red lipstick) and 2 smudges on the dress!! Anna said she does not know how they got there and blamed my wife! She used makeup remover before she got to the store to make sure she didnt get anything on the dress so how would she be to blame? I called to discuss, Anna hung up on me twice! Luckily another tailor helped us get the stains out. DO NOT GO here. They will treat you terribly, and mess your clothes up, then blame you for it. They try to say they have been in business for 25 years but that doesn't excuse ruining peoples' clothes and not taking accountability"
"Had uniform items sewn on and was charged well over double anyone else's prices. One item was a rank on my hat. I was charged $10. In 15 years the most I ever paid was $4. Prices were not explained up front which led to sticker shock on my end. When I asked why the price was so high I was basically told because they can."
"I had my wedding gown hemmed here. They did a good job, were courteous and reasonably priced. Luckily, the only alteration I needed was a hem, but I would have felt comfortable entrusting them with more complex alterations had they been necessary."
