Was accused of switching tags and all kinds of stuff. Said he was going to check with loss prevention later. Fine by me! Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Big fan of Nordstrom Rack, been a Nordy Club member for years, so I was really excited that a Nordstrom Rack was coming to Chattanooga. Unfortunately, I’ve found the selection to not be as good as other stores I’ve been to, which is somewhat understandable as this is a much smaller physical store. There’s also a really strong car pee odor throughout the store, which makes it really hard to have an enjoyable shopping experience, especially considering the price points of the items in the store. I came a few months ago and left without doing any shopping due to the odor, but tried again today, hoping the smell would be gone, but it wasn’t. I was able to get a couple of items, but I was trying to move through the items very quickly so that I could leave and get some fresh air. Not very impressed with this location unfortunately. The staff was pleasant at least."

"I often shop online and visit Nordstrom Rack in Nashville or Atlanta. Compared to those stores, Nordstrom Rack Chattanooga is smaller and has limited selection of items. For the discounted prices I am looking for, such as handbags, they are only 50-55% off retail. However, online on the product's website, they can be 70%+ off. Hopefully in the future, the prices can decrease and there will be more options available. Nevertheless, I'm glad there's finally a store like this in Chattanooga, so I don't have to travel far."

"Great experience! The store is very clean and organized. I didn’t have any issues checking out, Miss Jo took my info for the Nordstrom rewards it took less than a minute to sign up. Some product prices are high but it’s kind of expected. The last thing I want to mention is the smell, it honestly does smell like cat pee once inside but the store is new and the smell shouldn’t affect the rating of the store."
