"My 7-year-old child was bitten by another customer’s dog in this store. The bite was violent, breaking skin and leaving bruises. The employees didn’t say a word. Really bad experience. The dog’s owner is an idiot to bring an antisocial dog that bites kids into a children’s bookstore. The lack of attention by the staff to the situation was even more alarming. No one asked us if our child was hurt, no one said anything to the fool with the dog, no one so much as acknowledged the situation. They sat there and stared. It was quite a sight to see. Find a better bookstore if you’re shopping for kids."

"Adorable, well designed, wonderful bookstore. Great gift options for kids and adults. Plus, the kids play area was so creative and kept them entertained. We could have easily stayed there for hours. I don’t even like books but being in there made me want to become a reader. Will definitely return with my sister who reads enough books for both of us!"
