I was also greeted by Donna and Peggy who were so sweet I will only go to them for my dress ware needs while I’m in Radford. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!"
"This store did a great job of helping me get me suit ready for myself and my now father in law. All things considered due to covid, Meg did a great job with getting me the suit I truly wanted for my wedding, and was extremely helpful to me considering I was only able to come to the store on certain days due to me studying out of state. The staff are very helpful also and personable, always making sure you’re getting the best quality product. Would highly encourage my friends to shop here."
"I can not in good faith recommend their services. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend; If it was possible to give 0/5 stars, I would. I gave them a garment, patches, and specific instructions for the alterations I needed. When I received my garment back, the alterations I requested were done haphazardly. Crooked stitching and patch placement. I asked for a refund but the owners were unwilling to do so, however, they did offer to fix my garment for me. I accepted. When I resubmitted my alterations, I did so with more precise and specific instructions and when I received my garment back for a second time, it was STILL wrong. I only chose to patronize Meg & Garrett Inc. so I could support a local business, I could've gone anywhere else and had the alterations I needed done for SIGNIFICANTLY less money and a faster turn around time. Do not make the same mistake I did."
