"Mall closes at 7 got to this store at 625 gate was halfway down I asked the guy sitting at the door could he get the manager he says I can call her. At this point a fat lady with burgundy and black weave look like a 27 piece and a 14 inch says we closed I asked for her name and she says a to a clothing with the Medicaid glasses. Sad cause this is definitely a way companies lose business because of their disrespectful employees"

"I just got turned around at 6:50 and the store hours as well as other stores in the mall said they close at 7. Don’t come here. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow with the store manager as well as the mall. Just bc employees wanna go home early doesn’t mean the store closes early. They had the gate halfway open so there is no way they closed at 6:30 and sitting at the door losing 30 minutes worth of revenue."

"I visited this store to purchase one item and was turned away. Horrible customer service! The workers closed the store 40 minutes before the mall closes. Also, using choice words when speaking with me. I definitely take my business somewhere else"

"I usually shop at the store at South Dekalb Mall and have a wonderful experience. I have been to the store at least 3 times in the past 2 days. Tonight I tried to return a jacket I bought earlier today which happened to be too big for my son. I did know the store closed at 6:30. I arrived at 6:45. However the manager was gracious enough to give me 5 minutes to exchange the item. While heading to the back I overheard the oldest of the 3 employees on duty (did not get her name), saying if I wanted to do an exchange I should have gone to Stonecrest since they close at 9pm instead of coming here during closing time. When I asked hee if she was talking about me, she rudely stated that she was having a conversation with the security guard. Instead of getting unruly and disrespectful in front of my child, I just laughed and said "Oh!! I thought you were talking about me." I tried to let my son get what he wanted, but I felt so disgusted, disrespected and uncomfortable. A few minutes later, I just told the manager what happened and decided to leave. She apologized, but it truly did not make me feel like I would want to go back and spend my money there. If it were not for the fact that there is a no refund policy, I would probably never go back. And for the record, I did not know there was another store at Stonecrest."

"Eureka is a bad manger and has no customer service she couldn’t even tell me where my kids clothes was. She went to the back to the stock room and didn’t come out. The store was busy and the cashiers was doing a great job . Y’all need to find a new manager."
