"I frequent this McDonald’s quite often it closes at 9:30, 10 o’clock and every single time I try to get anything that is ice cream related I get told sorry we’re not making those anymore for the day. Well, I can understand that 30 minutes before close but when it’s 630 and I have gone there multiple times and being told that they’re not making it anymore. No you just have a bunch of lazy teenagers who don’t wanna clean the machine. And if it continues, I’m going to contact the manager and I highly doubt that will do anything and then I will contact corporate. If this continues stop being lazy and do your job. If you didn’t want to McDonald’s job you shouldn’t have applied there."
"Drive thru is very efficient but you need to check your bags to see if you have everything including you sauces they forget them almost every time"
"Breakfast biscuits and gravy are always lukewarm. Never hot unless you ask for it to be hot."
"If you order hot food it should be hot not cold. As for the drinks hot tea sucks when it's 95 degrees. It's like your to tight put some ice with your drinks."
"I had a few minutes to kill before a meeting and so decided to stop in for a coffee before the meeting commenced. Most McDonald franchises run a tight ship. Not this one I’m afraid. First, I saw the flies! Look, I know the doors open and close continuously at these fast food places, but I also know they make nontoxic fly spray to combat the pesky critters. Someone should clue them in here. Next, I ordered a coffee. I didn’t get a complicated meal order. I waited a full ten minutes before someone realized I had not gotten my caffeine. That, my friends, ranks unacceptable. The floor needed attention too! It was just a bad experience. Maybe I should have hit two stars. The redeeming factor? I love the lighting! Shape up Greenup!"
